There's no actual weed involved unless you want your character to smoke that stuff. The thread title's just a lyric from a Placebo song that basically sums up the point of this - a friend is needed. Aria's best friend, to be exact, who just so happens to also be the person she moved in to an apartment with after graduating high school.
The details on this lovely person are mostly up to you - all that's predetermined is that they're best friends with my character Aria, have known each other since childhood and now live together in a small apartment. They'e also eighteen and just graduated from high school along with Aria. They can have any appearance (Haley's just a suggestion), almost any personality (it just can't clash with Aria too much, which shouldn't be hard to work with) and yeah. The character I see in my head is kind of like Aria but a little more outgoing, always being the one to get her to try new things and the one who she has the most fun with, in whatever way that might be.
So yeah. That's pretty much all there really is to say about this character, hope to see someone claim them! I see great fun between Aria & her best friend, of course~
